Effective January 1, 2022, Arizona will be the first State to eliminate peremptory challenges in its courts. In this seminar, Tiffany & Bosco trial attorney Will Fischbach will address how this will impact voir dire and challenges for cause. This seminar will also give a brief update on other changes to the civil rules effective January 1, 2022.

Will Fischbach is shareholder at the Phoenix office of Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. He is a seasoned trial attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience and, as lead counsel, has litigated more than 30 jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts.

Will’s first courtroom experiences were in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he served with the 101st Airborne Division and 82nd Airborne Division. Will was the lead prosecutor in several high-profile war crimes cases and won convictions in each case. As an Army attorney, he served in Iraq, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and the Republic of Korea and successfully completed Airborne, Air Assault, and Pathfinder training. Will was honorably discharged in 2008 at the rank of Major and is a Bronze Star Medal recipient.

He maintains a diverse practice and has litigated a wide variety of high-stakes cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants in areas such as intra-company disputes, breach of contract, patent infringement, trade secrets, eminent domain, defamation, product liability, and wrongful death.

Will is rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell.® He is a longtime member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee and regularly teaches continuing legal education (CLE) classes on trial practice and civil procedure at the state and federal levels.
